Pair of Thieves is accurate!
I placed my order on 7/5/2020 and paid 11.63 for priority shipping. I immediately sent an email asking when my order would be delivered. I never received an answer, only vague information on shipping that is on their site. My other email stated that if I could not receive my order BEFORE Friday, I wanted it cancelled. I explained that I was leaving town and packages get stolen off porches so I needed to know if it would be delivered by Thursday. It's not that hard to give out specific information. So disgusted with your customer service and company.
UPDATE: I'm back from my vacation and the package was held at the post office, thank goodness. I ordered these items PRIORITY MAIL to take with me on my trip and because your company did not answer my emails and PRIORITY MAIL took 7 days, I now need to return these.
I wasted $11.63 to get items I did not receive in time and NOW I see there isn't a return paid label. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEMS! Avoid this company unless you can WAIT for your order and know its the correct size.
FACEBOOK page deletes reviews... only 5 star reviews are left up.
9/4/2020: UPDATE-I have sent 2 more emails requesting my refund. I received an email this morning stating they would refund the 49.00 (minus the 11.63 PRIORITY SHIPPING CHARGE that took 7 days to arrive). I'm waiting now to see if the return funds actually happens. And NOTE: just how long this process has taken, including all the time I've spent emailing and waiting. 7/5 - 9/4 and still do not have the money refunded.
